1. Associate (Research), Legal Aid Project

National Law University, Delhi (“University”) through Project 39A is seeking to engage on a contractual basis, one (1) Associate (Research) for its project on examining the challenges of the Indian legal aid system. The Associate (Research) will be responsible for designing and implementing the aforementioned project along with other research tasks. For more information, click here.

2. Associate (Research), Sentencing Project

National Law University, Delhi (“University”) through Project 39A is seeking to engage on a contractual basis, one (1) Associate (Research) for its work on sentencing in the criminal justice system and other allied areas. 3. Associate (Mitigation), Project 39A

The National Law University, Delhi (‘University’) is seeking to engage one Associate (Mitigation) to work with and further the aims of the Project 39A. The contract will be for a period of one year. For more information, click here.

4. Office Assistant, Fair Trial Fellowship

The National Law University, Delhi (‘University’) is seeking to engage two ‘Office Attendant/Office Assistant’ on a contractual basis for Nagpur and Pune locations (one position at each location) for the ‘Fair Trial Fellowship Programme’ (‘FTF’) supported by a grant from Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives Private Limited. The period of engagement will be for one year and any extension will be subject to the needs of the Programme and availability of funds. For more information, click here.

 
 

5. Associate (Research), Mental Health Project, Project 39A

National Law University, Delhi (“University”) through Project 39A is seeking to engage on a contractual basis, one (1) Associate (Research) for its work on mental health and criminal law. The project will inquire into the appreciation of mental health concerns of the accused at various stages of the trial process by conducting doctrinal as well as empirical research.
